MOBILE TYRE FITTING – TERMS & CONDITIONS

Product Availability & Tyre Brands
Customers are advised to confirm the required tyre size, preferred tyre brand, manufacturer-approved specification (including but not limited to MO, AO, BMW Star markings), and budget requirements prior to fitting.

Unless a specific tyre brand and specification has been expressly agreed in writing before the appointment, tyre brands supplied may vary depending on supplier availability, stock levels, customer budget, and fitting requirements. We reserve the right to supply and fit an equivalent tyre of the correct size and suitable specification

1. Customer Approval
   The customer is responsible for inspecting and approving the tyre supplied and fitted before installation is completed. Any concerns relating to tyre brand, specification, size, suitability, or pricing must be raised prior to fitting and before payment is made.

2.   Acceptance of Work
Completion of the fitting service and/or payment for the service provided shall constitute full acceptance of:

• the tyre supplied and fitted,
• the work completed,
• and the total agreed charges.

3.   Pricing
All prices include not only the tyre itself, but also mobile call-out service, labour, fitting, balancing, travel time, emergency response where applicable, disposal costs, operational expenses, and business overheads. Prices may therefore differ from online retailers, wholesalers, or fixed-location tyre suppliers.

4.    Special Orders & Specific Requests
Any request for a specific tyre brand, exact tyre model, premium manufacturer-approved specification, or matching tyre must be confirmed expressly in writing prior to fitting. In the absence of written confirmation, no assumption shall be made that a particular brand or model has been agreed.

5.    Refunds & Returns
No refunds, replacements, or exchanges will be provided once a tyre has been fitted and accepted unless the tyre is proven to be faulty, unsafe, or not compliant with applicable legal standards.

6.    Limitation of Liability
We shall not be held responsible for assumptions, misunderstandings, or expectations regarding tyre brands, models, or specifications unless expressly agreed in writing prior to the supply and fitting of the tyre.

7.    Communication & Conduct
Abusive, threatening, defamatory, or inappropriate behaviour towards staff or representatives will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to refuse service or cease communication where necessary.

8.    Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
